Deposits

A date is not booked and confirmed until the £150 deposit has been paid. Deposits are non refundable.

 

 

 

Balance Payment

Outstanding balances must be paid in full 14 days before the date.

 

 

Cancellation

We urge all of our clients to take out wedding insurance to protect themselves against the unthinkable. Our cancellation fees are;

 

            1 month or more prior to the event - Deposit only.

            Less than a month prior to the event - Full amount.

 

Arrangements

​Filming is all done in full HD 16:9 widescreen and converted to standard definition in the edit to suit DVD formats. If you require BluRay copies there will be an extra cost.

 

As soon as a deposit is taken we will send you our itinerary planner. We require this to be filled out in full and returned to us no later than 1 month prior to the date. In this we ask for a number of details about the day, such as names of the wedding party, any music used on the day (entrance music/first dance etc), addresses of the venues, and a selection of music that you would like us to use during the finished film. It is essential that this is filled out accurately so that we can make all of our preparations prior to the day. It will also ensure that we are less likely to have to ask on the day! Any variations in the times or dates, or variations to the planned event which may impact the video work should be communicated to Centreline Films as soon as possible.

 

 

Permissions

It is your responsibility to obtain any or all permissions and licenses that may be necessary for any location or venue to be used. No responsibility is accepted for restrictions placed on us by wedding officials (including, but not restricted to, position of cameras) so please ensure the venues are expecting us. We will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests or other suppliers hired on the day. It is important that you inform your guests that professional videographers will be present and to try their best not to obstruct our view or interfere with our equipment.

 

We can use photographs from your professional Photographer in our slideshows, but it is your responsibility to obtain permission. We will, of course, credit the photographer to all of their work (including watermarks should they wish).

Aerial Footage

All aerial footage will be dependant on weather and also a number of health and safety factors. We can not be held responsible if these factors mean that we can not obtain the footage on the day. These will be discussed before the date and a pre-visit will happen to conduct a site survey which will discover if the different sites of the wedding will be suitable and if aerial video will be possible.

 

Turn Around

We aim to turn around the production of your finished film within 30 days. This may be longer depending upon the time of year.

 

Promotional Material

Centreline Films retains the copyright to all films made and we reserve the right to use recorded material for promotional purposes via our website, Facebook  YouTube pages and wedding fairs.
